HELLLLLO RIBS!!!
These were unbelievable and the trick is letting them cook at a lower temp in the oven for 3-4 hours before putting those bad boys on the grill. Holy cow (I mean pig)!! I roasted the brussel sprouts in the oven while the ribs were grilling at 400 degrees F with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
This does take a bit of planning because you dry rub the ribs and let them sit in the fridge over night. It so happens we ran out of propane for the grill, so these sat for an extra day. I'm not sure if that made a difference in how they cooked.
This what they looked like fresh of the grill. Oh my goodness I can not wait to make these again!!
