When I get stuck for a snack or lunch this salad dressing has been really saving my cravings because it is creamy and goes with anything from vegetables, chicken, or I might pour a little over a lettuce wedge.
This recipe comes from Paleo Leap and is part of another favorite recipe of mine for a Chicken BLT Salad. Listing is separately here because I can never find it buried inside the other recipe. This lasts for days in the fridge.
Ingredients for the dressing
- 1/3 cup homemade mayonnaise
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix the ingredients all together in a bowl and you are done.
