Luckily, a lot of grilled foods can accommodate Paleo - just have to be careful of the sauces. Many of them contains tons of sugar and processed ingredients. Is is rude to bring your own sauce if the host knows you are dieting? Hmm.... question for another day maybe.

I have made this before and will make it a million times more. If you have a food processor with a shredding blade - this meal is fast and oh so yummie. I make double batches of the coleslaw and freeze half of the shredded cabbage and carrots (without the ranch sauce) for an easy after work side dish. I will probably serve this with some roasted broccoli - a new favorite thanks to my friend Leah.

Texas-Style Pork Ribs - recipe from Paleo Leap
Avocado-Cucumber Toss - recipe from Weight Watchers
This will be a new recipe for me so I will have to report on how it goes. It should marinate overnight in the fridge so this will be Sunday dinner for us and prepare it on Saturday. As a side, a favorite salad of mine from my Weight-Watchers days: Avocado-Cucumber Toss.
Monday Night:
The "Perfect" Burger - recipe from Stupid Easy Paleo
Another new recipe for me - will share the experience after the weekend. Having a burger without cheese is going to be hard, but I don't see how to get through Memorial Day Weekend without at least one burger. I'll give this one a try. The recipe wants to refer to the site's cookbook for the "Avocado Whip" topping, but I will smash up a few avocados in a bowl with a bit of lime juice and cilantro and call it good.
Now all this leaves is the question of what to make tonight. ;)
